It is located in Clinton Hill, a residential neighborhood in Brooklyn, near the C subway train. All top Manhattan tourist sites can be reached within 15-45 minutes from our house.
Our location at 331 State Street offers 6 attractive and comfortable studio apartments for 2-4 guests as well as a 2-bedroom apartment with a private garden. It is located on the border between downtown Brooklyn, a bustling business district, and Boerum Hill, a desirable residential
neighborhood with trendy shopping and dining. Here, you have access to 12 subway lines. All top Manhattan tourist sites can be reached within 10-30 minutes from our house.

464 Classon Avenue is located between Putnam Street and Gates Avenue in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn, within approx. 6 minutes of the "C"-Train (Clinton/Washington), the "G"-Train (Classon), and the Franklin Ave. Shuttle. [subway map].
Train from JFK Airport — Want to save the $35 (estimated) cab fare from JFK airport? Just take the JFK airtrain to Howard Beach and hop on the "A" Express train from JFK and switch to the "C" local train at Nostrand. 2 more stops and you're at Clinton/Washington, a 6-minute walk from the house. Be sure to take the Washington Ave. exit. On some weekends, the "C" train doesn't run and the "A" Train makes all local stops, including our stop, Clinton/Washinton. The trip will take about an hour on weekdays and up to 2 hours on weekends.
